Rodeway Inn (Harrisburg, PA)

This is a live review as I sit in my room - can't complain too much because I was just seeking a cheap place to crash near the Harrisburg Airport tonight (took tomorrow off to visit my mom on the return from a business trip). The good news first: despite nothing in their handy literature about internet connections they have wireless available in the rooms, and it is pretty low cost (I'm paying $65 for a spacious room with two queen beds, microwave and fridge).

The bad news is watching the largest ant I've ever seen scale the wall where I'm sitting.

As you might guess the hotel has a rather shabby appearance and it took me a while to check in because the front desk was vacant and after finding no way to alert staff I eventually exited and discovered a doorbell outside the office. The person who showed up was really quite polite and efficient, so I can't condemn the place...but I won't be bringing my wife here, ever...
