Rocky's is a beautiful boutique resort...secluded, quiet, with excellent traditional Thai service. The restaurant is spectacular. The breakfast buffet is like no other free buffet I have ever seen. Huge assortments of seasonal Thai fruits and juices, American Continental, Thai Dishes, Egg/Omelet/Waffle griddle, Pastries, and Coffee and Tea.
The only reason I gave Rocky's a 4 instead of 5 is based on location. It is located just south of Lamai Beach. Which puts it out of the way from any nice beaches and entertainment. Although taxi's are cheap and renting a car is an even better idea. I sometimes enjoy simply walking out the front door to explore.  Part of the Universal Expression travel blog |
