Rockingham Speedway, formerly North Carolina Speedway is located in Rockingham, North Carolina on Hwy 1.  It is Dam hard to find as all the sign are no longer up.  I did not get a chance to go inside.  Here is a little bit of history.   "The Rock" hosted NASCAR events from 1965 to 2004, and will host Automobile Racing Club of America and USAR Hooters Pro Cup series races starting in 2008.  Currently, the track is home to the Buck Baker Driving School, and also th...
