Rock and Roll - Hall of Fame Reviews
See and hear how Rock and Roll developed Sep 24, 2009
A lot of cities where fighting to get the Hall of Fame, why Cleveland got it? It don't know I heard the most people voted for, but I thing Cleveland wanted to have at least one highlight :-)
The Hall of Fame looks like a combination of a pyramid and a record player. In total there are 5 floors to see, where the main floor downstairs is the biggest. If you are caring a photo-camera with you, you have to leave them at a counter (receiving a number for it). The main area offers a few short movies and a lot of instruments, fotos and costumes to see. Some multimedia terminals show you the influence which different artists had. The current special exhibition of Bruce Springsteen was nice but I was exception to see more. All over its nice to see, but you should have at least 3 hours time to walk trough this Rock n Roll hall. if you have 30 minutes left go and see the submarine USS COD which is only a 5 minutes walk from the Hall of Fame or if you have more than 2 hours see the scientistic museum. |

…know Run DMC's music but I figure one day she'll be able to brag that she saw DMC in concert on the day he got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. A DMC concert and breakfast buffet for $15, not bad. While all of them were worthy, of all the Rock and Roll Hall inductees this year I was most excited about Run DMC. I grew up on their music… DMC at Hard Rock Cafe. |
