The Ritz Milner Hotel, at 8th St. and S.Flower St. in downtown Los Angeles has been restored to it's original grandeur throughout the interior and exterior of this stately building and now joins the list of "boutique" properties operated by Milner Hotels. The hotel features many large suites, new deluxe rooms and many new single or double guest rooms that include a complimentary breakfast.
