The RC Tokyo is not nearly as nice as the one in Osaka but if one must overnight in Tokyo this is a reasonable choice. I have stayed there many times with disappointments here and there but no major issues. The location is all right but not great - the views are very nice and Roppongi is just around the corner (an area which is good in the daytime but to be avoided at night).

The price is for the name and the views - nothing spectacular about this hotel otherwise and service can sometimes be left wanting.
