Ristorante Quirino Rome Reviews
Expensive and overrated Jan 07, 2013
Our first dinner in Rome we decided to stay close to our hotel, so we didn't have to venture far. Ristorante Quirino is located only a block from Fontana di Trevi.
The waiter was very accommodating, but a little clumsy. We were seated outside and were brought the menu.
We ordered caprese to split, a steak for hubby, and I ordered tortellini. The caprese ended up being a whole mozzarella with ciabata but no tomatoes. Strike one. (it was good though)
The "filet mignon" was an over-grilled piece of meat with a dash of lettuce. Strike two.
The tortellini weren't bad, but not worth the 14 euro either.
We ended up paying a lot of money for food that we didn't really enjoy the way the price would suggest, so:
Sorry, can't recommend this place. :(
