Wonderful dining experience Jul 14, 2008
Frommer's guide marked this restaurant as an affordable yet delicious restaurant. During our trip to Italy, Frommer's was more miss than hit on that score, however this restaruant was a true gem located in the heart of Umbria.
When we arrived (in the rain) 15 minutes early, the maitre'd not only welcomed us most graciously, he also unexpectedly brought us wonderful appetizers prior to dinner. The Wild Boar is absolutely amazing, and the Citrus Duck is delicious. We enjoyed this restaurant so much that we returned again, and were thrilled with not only the consistency of wonderful cuisine, but the ambiance and service. Supurb!
