Great fun!! Apr 28, 2011
We went white water rafting with the guides of Rios Tropicales. They were so experienced and I felt safe. We also had a lot of fun with our guide. This was one of the highlights of our trip. They provided transportaion via a air conditioned bus. (fyi, make sure you bring a change of clothes. It is a long ride back to the hotel!)

White Water Rafing and Eco-Lodge on the Pacuare River Nov 06, 2010
We did the 3 day Tour. It was awesome, but unluckily we struck bad weather on the last day. We rafted into the lodge on the first day, it was amazing and the guides were so cool! Very informative and entertaining. Stayed a day at the lodge on the 2nd day, did some hiking and went on mud slides etc, so much fun. That night it rained a lot and didnt stop the next day, by the time we were to leave the river was too high to raft out, and we had to hike. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes an adventure, amazing place! And run by a family, almost all of the guides are brothers. The only way to get the the lodge is by raft or hike for a few hours, so its really an experience.

Reputable Whitewater rafting, Ziplining, Jungle Lodge Apr 08, 2008
For those of you headed to Costa Rica for adventure, then choosing the right outfitter will probably be one of your biggest decisions. So I thought I would share with you the many wonderful experiences I have had with this company. I have used their services at least 6 times for rafting, and I have never been disappointed.

Costa Rica is my favorite spot so far for river rafting, as the water is so warm that it is like bath water! You actually won't mind if you happen to get tossed over! If memory serves, I'd recommend the Reventazon River for your first trip, and the Pacuare River for more-experienced rafters, but let the guides advise you - they know better than me!
Beautiful scenery
Decent rapids
Try not to scream!
Pura vida!
