Apparently when you go to Puerto Rico you are supposed to book a hotel and transportation in advance. Being the procastinator that I am, my sister and I arrived in Aguadilla thinking we would travel by bus to Rincon for the night. In Puerto Rico, there is no cross-island bus service and no "budget" accomodation.
