In the skyline bar you look across the Old Town or over the Baltic Sea while you enjoy cocktails in the afternoon or at night. The music is relaxed with flatscreens at the wall. I can sure recommend the lounge ant the blackberry caipiroska. Be aware, they contain, Wodka ;)

This is a chic little place located in the Reval Hotel. They have tapas in addition to other food and play cool music all day long. You even get a view onto the street, for what it's worth. I went during the day, but it looked like a pretty cool place once the sun goes downn as well.
