The best green space in London Sep 23, 2013
The biggest of the Royal Parks, Richmond Park may not be as immediately accessible as its more-visited counterparts in the city centre, but the comparative lack of crowds help create a more tranquil atmosphere. The park rolls through a space occupying over 2000 acres, and boasts all the flora and fauna that the central parks do, most notably in the beautiful Isabella Plantation. The biggest draw, though, are the deer which roam peacefully through the park, making Richmond Park a welcome sanctuary of countryside amid the sprawling metropolis.
