Great value Jun 10, 2011
The tiny Rhubarb Café is located on Upper Merrion Street and we accidentally ended up here when we were trying to avoid a shower. Almost the entire space is taken up by a big counter that shows fabulous muffins, scones and other pastries, but we ordered sandwiches.

There isn’t much room to sit, but there are chairs and tables, you can also grab a newspaper if you like. I had a focaccia bread with goat cheese, Rens had a focaccia bread with spicy chicken and it was all divine. Prices are under the average prices for a sandwich lunch, so you get great value for your money here!

My office is just across the road from this place but I've never been there. Must check it out...
