Pretty Expensive Feb 18, 2008
The Rex Hotel's Rooftop Garden, while providing splended view of downtown Saigon is not worth going for more than a drink. The cheapest cocktail costs about $5 American, with most being well over 100.000 vnd. The staff is friendly, prompt, and overall very good. I recommend only a slow drink with friends taking in the view and advise to stay away during a night out.
