Excellent food Aug 16, 2012
I have been to Bogota more than 15 times and by far this is the best place to eat good colombian food. The restaurant is really nice and the food is great. This is a place to go with someone else. The restaurant a quit fancy so it must be better if you go with some one else. If you go ago you will feel lonely in the table.

Try some some shrimps with coconut sauce with some rice.

As a starter try the arepa de chocolo. It is a kind of corn pancake with sour cream and cream. To drink you the local beer is average, may try the aguila or club colombia. Both are regular quality.

huge portions Apr 25, 2010
the portions here are huge!! the food is good if you're looking to sample some traditional fare in bogota (near the mall andino i think or zona rosa). i'm hopeless with names, but the soup (which probably most restaurants have) is a potato based soup with chicken strips, served with avocado - it's quite filling (even the appetizer portion). Another appetizer worth trying is their version of the tamale - made with an andean type of potato. The waiter recommended a main dish (whose name i forget) but it has a sauce with onions, tomatoes and cream - it's delish - enjoy. didn't have room for dessert after that.
