There are a few key points that anyone eating in a South Korean restaurant should know:
1) It is not rude to call your server over. A lot of restaurants have buttons you can press to call them, but if they don't you'll just have to wave them done or call out "Yogio" to get their attention. I was a waitress for years, so this was tough for me, but if you don't call them they will assume you don't need them!
2) Few meals are meant for individual consumption--most are meant for sharing. So if you are out and everyone is digging into the same soup pot, go for it (and feel free to reach!)
3) Try the kimchi. I know it smells a little funny, but give it a taste. It's especially good on the grill :)
4) Tipping is unecessary. I had people chase me down to give back a tip I had left. It just isn't really done.
