I woke at 4:00am to eat breakfast then sat around till about 5:40am, by which time it was ready to get to the start. I usually get a little nervous before a race but strangely enough I was really calm and just looking forward to starting.

driving by car from Rome to Nice in the night is a tough job... people drive like mads in the tunnels... tunnel after tunnel after tunnel after tunnel... gps all the time loosing contact an saying so.... but... the finish is rewarding.... Nice... be…… Back in nice... |
