wonderful quiet place Aug 30, 2008 Value: Location: Cleanliness: Amenities: Bed: Bathroom & Shower: Le Terrazze is a small hotel with a great view on Vesuvio and Capri, on the top of an very abrupt hill. I stayed there for 9 days and I hope to go back some day. The place is very quiet and peaceful, the staff was nice and helpful. You can get there only by SITA bus or by car. Breakfast is good, dinner can be ordered from a restaurant nearby (try gnocchi or swordfish). The hotel has a nice pool where you can get some suntan if you're too lazy to go to the beach. There are trips organised from the hotel to Amalfi, Positano, Vesuvio, Pompei and so on, you'll find a complete information booklet in your room provided by the owners (great idea!). I actually loved that place more than Capri, which became too touristy and crowded. Sorrento view quiet

Oct 22, 2007 we stayed at hotel residence le terrazze at the end of july 2007, we find and book it by its website. The rooms were so welcoming, but best of all there was a great seaview on gulf of Naples, very relaxing and romantic. The hotel is furnished by a pool and a solarium, a great alternative to Sorrento's little beaches.. We come there by car, and i think that's the best way to reach hotel le terrazze, (on a little hill of sorrento) but only the best way to move in sorrento and amalfi coast (the bus are invisible and car services very expensive!) seaview panoramic view gulf of naples
