We got a chance to travel Dubai in July 07. Apart from shopping extravaganza, we really satisfied with our accomodation since Dubai is well known with expensive hotel. We got AED250 per night for service apartment in Diera area which is walking distance to the creek. The apartment is very clean & neat which complete with kitchen utilities. They also provide fruit basket during check-in. Well, really good for budget traveller though!
