 Cheap delicious dinner Aug 02, 2008
Renkon is a delicious and very cheap $10 meal. Its Japanese and very very yummy. $10 gets u a decent sized bowl of a certain topping onto of rice or udon noodles.
The parnell renkon is a cosy little place and is BYO. The Ponsonby one allows you to go next door to the lovely little bar Me Culpa and eat there. Its so so good. I make a regular occurance to Renkon atleast once a week I recommend the Miso-katsu chicken on rice. I just cant resist. The Karage chicken is very very good too. I can't explain how good it is, you'll just have to try yourself! SOOOO good though! :) |
