Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel
Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel Reviews
Renaissance Shanghai Pudong Hotel May 17, 2008
I stayed here for the first time in March, 2004 not long after they opened and have stayed here four times since then. This is a nice business hotel in Shanghai. Internet is not free unless you upgrade to a club floor, but the upgrade amenities do not really warrant the price, unless your room rate does not already include breakfast or you want to take advantage of the club lounge for some lonely drinks. The bar is overpriced, but there are enough alternatives in the neighborhood. I wish the metro was a little closer, but taxis are so cheap and always available. The rooms themselves are quite nice, especially if you get a king-sized room!

We all stayed at the Renaissance hotel in Pudong, very recently opened...most taxi drivers didn't even know where it was yet!
We did a lot of typical tourist attractions...Jinmao tower (Grand Hyatt Hotel) where you can get views fromthe 55/56th floor and 88th floor, The Bund, Nanjing… 3/26/04 - 4/2/04 Shanghai |
