Friday night Bull Riding in Brandon Florida is an old fashion entertainment value. $10.00 per person to get in, you can bring a cooler with your choice of “adult beverages”, no glass please, not good on bull’s feet. Some people also bring food & snacks or there are concession stands for burgers, hot dogs & BBQ, drinks, chips, boiled p-nuts, and all the Florida snacks stables.

The reader’s digest condescend version of bull riding by Man Bag- World bull riding expert!

Arenas is a large, open area that gives the bulls, bull riders, and bull fighters-people who protect the riders after they dismount or are dismounted by the bulls plenty of room . The area is fenced, usually 6 to 7 feet high, to protect the audience from bulls & vice versa.

The bull rope is a braided rope of polypropylene, grass, or some combination. A handle is braided into the center of the rope and is usually stiffened with leather & a Bell you have to have a bell!!

Chaps are probably the most noticeable piece of bull rider clothing. Usually made of leather, chaps also provide protection for the rider's legs and thighs. Aka- Cowboy Bling Bling!!

Bull riders are not required to wear a protective vest. Bulls are heavy & hard! If you don’t you are a Dumb A—“Man Bag”

To prevent a rope burn, riders must wear a protective glove, usually of leather. Da!

Cowboy boots are also worn. The dull spurs help in keeping a rider balanced, and is crucial to the sport as a whole; you must have Spurs if you want to be a Cowboy, BABY!!

Cowboy hats are a fashion must!

Each bull has a unique name and number used to identify the bull. Strong macho names with lots of reference to weather events like thunder, lighting & colors, strong colors, not a lot of earth tones. The rider and bull are matched randomly before the competition.

The rider must stay on the bull for 8(eight) seconds, without slapping with the free hand.

The ride is scored from 0-100 points. Both the rider and the bull are awarded points. There are usually two judges, scoring the bull from 0-50 points, and the rider from 0-50 points. The combined point totals from both judges make up the final score for the ride. Experience riders are able to gain scores of 75 or more. A score above 80 is considered excellent, and a score in the 90s exceptional.

I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone. The initiative taken for the concern is very serious and need an attention of every one. This is the concern which exists in the society and needs to be eliminated from the society as soon as possible.

Now if you really want the full rodeo experience you need to see some ropers and barrel racers in action. We can't let those cocky bull riders take all the glory - they only have to stay on for 8 seconds.. the rest of us western sport athletes have to work with our horsey team mate to complete a task AND beat the clock!
