On particularly bounded, and the access stairs split, the area in front of the present museum building called lapidary exposed are great examples of famous tombstones - Bosnian stećak (old traditional tomb stone).

On the left side there are three necropolis cast specimens that are considered to belong to the tomb of the Duke Momčilo. These tombstones are placed on lapidary as they are in their original place. This cemetery is associated with Duke Momčilo, probably from the 14th Century. One grave was dedicated to the Duke, the other to his wife and the third is for his son. The originals were found in the vicinity Teslić in Vrućica village on one hill, 5 km from the recreation complex and spa Banja Vrućica.

Head of the enterprise is a famous local sculptor and sculptor Drago Handanovic, with a team of experts. Objects are cast from natural reinforced concrete, which, in contact with air oxidized and consequently dark.

During WWI, around 1918th, is one of the Austro-Hungarian officer planted a bomb under a tombstone and during explosion the one tombstone are blurted. Below is found a ring that is kept in the local museum.

On the right side there are two original tombstone found in the area of Doboj.

In the field of medieval area call Usora, to which belonged and Doboj, is registered about 180 sites from the Middle Ages, mostly cemeteries - necropolis with larger or smaller number of stones, and a number of villages and town fortifications, which testifies to the development of the area in the Middle Ages. One small round tombstone found near village Osredak is located in the museum.
