I left Regina, Saskatchewan Sunday for a holiday and family visit that would bring me to the Balkans, and in particularly Serbia, a place no less than 8 years ago NATO bombed under the Milosevic regime. So although local, we took a trip to a club in Regina SK for halloween. It was a blast for the most part.

Well we arrived in Mexico City on the afternoon of the 23rd from Guatemala City, and Iza was waiting to pick us up at the airport. We headed out right away for some good Chinese grub, and then took some pictures of the Angel of Independance (see pics). After that we relaxed at Iza's Mexico City home and talked to her mom, and then headed off to Tepotzatlan for supper and where we crashed for the night. Hi all and welcome to our travel blog. I hope it was not too much of a pain to sign in! Rick and I are leaving for South Africa June 13 from Vancouver and we will be on a Safari for the following 2 months. But first we are headed to Regina. This website has really cool maps and we can upload pictures (if we can find a computer). Hope you all found this okay.

Bags and packed and all ready to go. I believe this is going to be quite an amazıng trip. The plan is to depart from Regına, head to Beijıng via Mınneapolıs and Tokyo, stay untıl Aprıl 13, then depart for Tokyo untıl Aprıl 16. From Tokyo, I wıll be headıng to Parıs vıa the most round-about way possıble - through the US, and then Vancouver. I have a feelıng I wıll be very ıntımate wıth all the aırports by the end of thıs trıp! Stay tuned.
