Regina Style Resort Hurghada

This hotel is a nice hotel if you are just going to use it as a place to sleep and clean yourself. The people are nice, but the food is poor. As you are directly in the middle of the new center (sekala) its better to go out for dinner, as there are lots of restaurants out there.

We had half pension, but only used breakfast (and not always as the breakfast is from 7-10 AM). All-in is from 11AM-11PM after that time and on the beach you have to pay for the drinks.

Normal check-out time is noon. You can have a late check-out at 7PM. this will cost you around 20 Euro's or 160 EL.

Preferably pay everywhere in EL (Egyptian Pounds) as you dont have problems with change and high exchange rates.

In the neighbourhood it's known as the cheap and a below average hotel. We were there 2 weeks and there are some things not to good about this hotel. The food for example is mostly the same and personally it's was not my favourite food. The restaurant where your eat is firstly a place to eat. Not a nice place where you want to be for long.
The people who work there are all very friendly. The guy who cleaned our room was a good guy and told us the places we could visit during our stay.
The location in the city of Hurghada is good. Shops are close and nice things to do near the hotel. The beach is okay but its small and separated from the hotel next to this hotel.
But the hotel is cheap and if you have not many demands about a hotel it's a good stay. A sort of operating base for the activities you want to do in Egypt.
