ReefView Tour Reviews

I don't think ReefView is formally tour group company but they fit our needs perfectly! Recommended by the owner of the villa that we stayed at, we contacted Nick to find out his availability. Both him and his wife were more than happy to help us. It didn't take long to set up the time and sort out all of the details. Because we were staying at Jolly Harbour, we didn't have to worry about transportation because he came in his Boston Whaler and picked us up!
Usually he only takes out groups of 4 but because we are college students, they made an exception and allowed 6 of us to go(thankfully making it much cheaper for us). At $85 dollars an hour (with a minimum of three hours), you might think it was expensive but compared to the other tours with rigid schedules and no transportation, it was perfect. After meeting up with Nick, he took us to Carlisle Bay (south coast of the island) for some snorkeling. We'd heard about Cades Reef but he told us that most tours only went there because it was easy to dock the catamarans. That said, we did see quite a bit, including a giant sting ray and some beautiful fish. After snorkeling for a couple hours, we decided we'd had enough and he took us on a boat ride around the island. He showed us some sites as well as the location of a sunken ship. Nick was a fantastic tour guide and very friendly. He made sure we knew what to bring (towel, sun block, water, and a snack!) and provided the rest, even sending us pictures following the trip because none of us had a waterproof camera. I think he and his wife have apartments to rent which you can see on their website. We chose to snorkel but he also does watersports, kayaking, and other activities.
