Reed's Restaurant - Manhattan Beach - TravBuddy

Reed’s Restaurant is a quaint bistro seemingly camouflaged by the strip mall surroundings of the Manhattan Beach Village Shopping Center. Just a few doors down from a large supermarket, Reed’s was a surprising food find by my cousin and her boyfriend after they were packed like sardines at the nearby Olive Garden Restaurant.

At Reed’s, French Mediterranean cuisine reigns supreme. My cousin claims that the Duck Linguine in a Garlic, and Chardonnay Mushroom Cream Sauce was one of the best duck dishes she has ever had. I really enjoyed the Sand Dabs with Lemon Butter Caper Sauce.

Reed’s Restaurant is definitely a must try when you are in the Manhattan Beach area. Plus it is located about 5 miles away from LAX so it would make a great stop for lunch or dinner after arriving in or before departing from Los Angeles. Parking at the Manhattan Beach Village Shopping Center can be challenging because of the supermarket, shops, and restaurants all share the same lot.
