We like this hotel. It is relatively inexpensive in Victoria terms. In June we paid $77 before taxes for a Queen Bed room. The rooms are clean, well furnished (including small fridge.) There is a Chinese Restaurant on the bottom floor that provides room service. The staff is helpful and efficient. There is high speed internet service to all rooms.

Free parking is available on the site. Give the clerk your make and licence number and you will get a pass to display in the front window.

A possible problem is that there is a strip club next to but completely separate from the operation of the hotel.

The hotel is beyond walking distance from the tourist area on the Inner Harbour which could be considered a disadvantage although there is a stop for downtown buses and two major shopping centres close by.
