Must Mexican Apr 03, 2009

This restaurant is right down the street from where we live. very close to downtown and the airport. so if driving through or have a layover, it is a perfect location. the food is outstanding, and very inexpensive but come dinner time the lines get very long so be prepared. this is a family owned restaurant and has appeared on diners, drive ins, and dives with guy fieri of the food network...highly recommended.

The food was great at the Red Iguana, sorry Seth, no pictures. Gary let me have use of his condo while he stayed elsewhere. Nice place with lots of MC gear and an Iron Butt load of awards he has won. My luggage didn't arrive until the next morning. I unpacked… Head East, one way or another.

The restaurant is downtown and semi-expensive but very popular so make reservations. Another Salt Lake City favorite is The Red Iguana (at least that’s the name I remember). It’s a Mexican restaurant, not very expensive on W. North Temple, north side of the street near the fairgrounds.. … Wednesday in Salt Lake City
