The Real Alternative-Style Hostel Aug 14, 2009
When it comes to classy, this place is it. Easily one of the cleanest and homiest hostels I have ever stayed at. Very friendly and personable staff. Seriously, ask them anything and watch them go out of their way to make your stay just a little bit more satisfying at Red Carabao and in Manila. And at such an affordable price for so many perks (A/C, cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, service, internet, proximity to the LRT/MRT lines, etc.), this place is the perfect fusion for everyone from stingy backpackers to those seeking all the comforts of home in one place. Definitely a 5-star place at a 1-star fleapit price. For all it's pluses, I was only disappointed that I could stay just one night. You too will hope you could stay longer as you realize all that Red Carabao and Manila have to offer.
