Red Bar Gallery

I took two of my friends to Red Bar last Friday night. It was the first time for the three of us at this place, especially for my friends, two brothers which it was their first night in Miami.

Unfortunately it was a total disappointment. While at Red Bar, they wanted to use the bathroom, since there was only one they decided to go in together, until they hear somebody desperately knocking on the door. One of them opens the door, and a guy, supposedly the owner of the bar, grabs him from the shirt and pushes him out yelling at him. He was saying that he doesn’t want two guys in one bathroom. I tried talking to this guy, who it was almost impossible to have a decent conversation with him since he was only yelling, and I told him that I understand his rules but that this is not the way to do it by using aggressiveness; Then he said that he doesn’t care and took the three of us out of the bar for what he called disrespect. When I spoke to the bouncer at the door, I told him what happened and he said that he is the owner and he can push whoever he wants in his bar. I honestly think that nobody has the right to use unnecessary violence on anybody even though you are the owner, this just doesn’t make any sense.

I was very embarrassed for my friends since this was their first impression I gave them of Miami. I know for sure that I will never put a foot in that place again. Te name of this bar, “ Red Bar “, is perfect for their image, Red implying danger.
