Razon's is exceptional because the ice they use in their halo-halo is so finely crushed. For me that's the secret of good halo-halo! They only use 3 ingredients in their halo-halo: macapuno, saba, and leche flan.
Pancit luglug is also another favorite. It's basically noodles with sauce and tiny shrimps, egg slices and chicharon bits. Yum! perfect for an afternoon snack. *origins in Pampanga, with branches in Jupiter St., Makati and Alabang Town Center  Part of the Food, Food, Food travel blog
