The best Mexican food in Encinitas. Okay, well one of the best. Raul's is the whole in the wall off D Street next to the florist. They serve some of the best carne asada and california burritos, and you would be wise to try one of each.

Have you tried Bety's in Encinitas? My friend who lives there took me to Bety's, and it was some of the best Mexican food I've had :)
