Randolph Park Hotel and Suites Tucson Reviews
Your vehicle may not be safe May 18, 2009
On our third night at the hotel our vehicle was stolen from the hotel parking lot, in full view of two security cameras. The staff did not call the police and were not even aware of the theft until we told them. In a conversation with a Mr. Cousins, a manager of this hotel and another owned by HSL properties, he admitted these cameras were not monitored (just decorations I guess). Both he and a Mr. Humberto Lopez Owner of HSL Properties (including both hotels) have refused to accept responsibility for safeguarding the vehicles of their customers. Beware of staying at this hotel
