Napa Valley in STYLE May 09, 2008
Calistoga Ranch is an amazing spa retreat in Napa Valley, CA. Located just 10 minutes south of Calistoga and 30 minutes north of Napa it is in a prime location for exploring the Napa Valley.
The resort is tucked into the valley of one of the hills surrounding the valley. It is quiet, peaceful and tremendously relaxing. The rooms are phenomenol. The outdoor garden showers are worth the visit alone. No matter how cold it was in the morning, I forced myself outside to enjoy that garden shower. It was so peaceful to hear the birds chirping while surrounded by the hot steam rising up around me. You cant beat it. Several wineries are located an easy drive from the resort...I would highly recommend Nickel & Nickel and Far Niente. |
