This is quite a good finding ! if you are looking for good service, or friendly staff this is not the place to stay, as the service is absolutely horrible to the extent that they are completely ignoring you. you should book in advance as it tends to be full. Especially the single rooms with fan that cost 300 baht are usually taken. The AC roms are 450 bahts. But they are worth it. Don“t get the superiour room at 580 baht, as it is exactly as the A/c room, but with a little bit of a view (bad one) Quite big, and a TV and a clean bathroom with hot shower. The rooftop swimming pool is of course the main atraction ! nice to be able to take a day of the sightseeing to just hang out in the sun.
The only complaint I have is the opening hours of the pool. From 10-18.
So no morning swim, or no chiling out by the pool with your buddies and some nice cold beers in the evening. that really anoyed me, stayed there a week, and never got to use the pool, as I was out seeing the city during the day.
Roof pool !
