We rented a two bedroomed apartment just off Las Ramblas in the heart of the old Gotica/Gothic quarter. Every street corner and placa was filled with stalls and food and music. I really enjoyed the street parades, especially the crazy 'Correfoc' when fire-breathing monsters and fireworks blast the senses… Barcelona in the Autumn

We flew into Barcelona on Friday night and after settling into our apartment, just off Los Ramblas, we all headed out to a pub by the river where Adam had arranged tapas and cava for everyone.  The drinking and eating continued late into the night.  Michelle and I went home early but some of the crew… Arriving in Barcelona
