Ramada Hotel Kowloon Hong Kong

The best thing going for this hotel is the fact that its close Tsim Sha Tsui & East TST MTR(Train Stations) & Nathan Road. I did find they were accomodating in letting me check out late and the manager was very nice & the little lady who clean our room where the only two people I felt understood the meaning of customer service.


Things I Didnt Like:
*The Bathroom was a closet & the size of the room was quite small
*Beds took up 90% of the room.
*The hotel didnt have internet only wifi access.
* Negative Attitude from Reception Staff
* Decor was a bit ratty and needed replacing esp wallpaper & bit of paint needed here and there.

Would I go here again not likely as I was expecting it to be of high standard considering its a Ramada Hotel which once enjoyed top hotel recognition no matter where you went around the world. Maybe Im use to other asian cities who's quality of 3/4 star hotels are better quality than Ramada Hotel Kowloon or Maybe its that the staff in other hotels I have stayed at have been super nice and helpful unlike the Ramada in Kowloon.
