Raglan is a quaint little surfing town located just an hour west of Hamilton, New Zealand. In addition to great surfing, there are lots of unique shops and restaurants. It is a relaxed town and you can tell by the people that live there. Raglan also has a good music scene with its fair share of reggae bands coming through on a regular basis.

Me and my friend studied one semester in Auckland,NZ. Although we were really busy with uni and it rained a lot we love NZ !
NZ rocks but Auckland sucks ;) !

Hamilton, New Zealand -› Raglan, New Zealand -› ...
After some much needed sleep a friend and I decided to go to Raglan. It was rainy and cold out so it was not the Raglan I remembered. The drive is beautiful from Hamilton to Raglan but the winding road is the last thing you want when hungover! I had to ask my friend to stop a few times for "fresh air" in what I played off as a good photo opportunity. Raglan on any other day is wonderful and a great spot to surf.
