Radisson Reviews
Rotten hotel Jan 20, 2009
We checked in at 4pm and stood in line for 1 hour at check-in. When we finally got checked in our rooms fridge wasn't cold and none of the buttons on the phone (front desk, resteraunt, wake-up)worked. I called main number and the front desk indicated that those buttons never work. It cost $27.95 for each guest to use the waterpark! You get a big 20% if you stay at the hotel. So after check-in you go wait in another 20 minute line to buy your very expensive waterpark wrist band. Our room did not have the sleep number bed they advertise (read the small print a small percentage of rooms don't have them) nobody I spoke with at the hotel had one. They overcharged my debit card and said they had no control over the $211 hold they put on my debit card although I actually had NO charges it may take them 7-10 days to release back into bank account. They offered a $15 credit to their Split Rock Grill for breakfast, this was a joke. They were so understaffed that it took 30 minutes to get a table because they were all dirty and the kids had the brunch which was missing bowls, milk, had a broken cereal machine and by t his time there were 6-7 dirty tables and a line of people waiting to get seated. The worse problem was the elevator which is very tiny and you would wait 10-15 minutes and everytime it came it was full and you couldn't get on. The Camp Many Point which was very expensive also was understaffed out of buckets for beer and the poor kids working could't keep up. I would nevers stay here again!
