I had the good fortune to get invited out for dinner at the restaurant Rabelais and I must say that it is one of the best dinners I had in a very long time.
The restaurant is situated in the old city centre of De Haan. The inside is very cosy and kept in an old style. The restaurant is run by a young couple and the chef and the husband is a pure magician with the dishes. I had the fortune of having the full menu with selected wines and I could have stayed all night if it wasn’t so that the owners wanted to go home.
