R23 Berlin Reviews
Traditional Jul 13, 2012
I was out walking with my friend near K’damm, when we were caught in the rain. Not feeling like going back to the hotel we spotted a bar on a corner. It was still warm so we decided to sit outside under the marquises. The waitress came quite swift and we were given two cold beers that we enjoyed while listening to the rain hammering down on the plastic above us.
The next day we ended up there again just after lunch and this time we decided to go inside and here we were services equally fast. The interior was quite cozy bringing back memories of the bars of Paris in the 60s. The furniture and woodwork was made in dark-wood while the walls were painted in a dark toned yellow with brush patterns. There were loads of large windows and there were also a lot of mirrors giving the place a light cozy feel. I didn’t have any meals there but the beers were good.
