Quirinale Hotel Rome
Quirinale Hotel Rome Reviews
Affordable luxury in the center of Rome Aug 24, 2008
A great hotel in Via Nazionale near Piazza Republicca. It's a very nice hotel on a good location in Rome. Around the corner is a subway station and the main station of Rome, Termini, isn't very far either. The service of the hotel is very good, even as breakfast in the nice garden of the hotel. The rooms are also nice and spacious. The only thing i can think of as a negative thing was that the hotel didn't have it's own parking. I think a hotel like this should have one. Now we had to park our car in the parking of an other hotel around the corner for 30 Euros a day. About the rates of the rooms, i think the rooms are normally more expensive then in august because august is low season and we had a great offer so it might be expensive normally. But we thought it was really worth it.

the Piazza del Quirinale Obelisk: This is the Piazza dell'Esquilino obelisk's twin. Only 4 inches shorter it rests atop a pedestal flanked by two horses and men or "horse tamers". Apparently this is located in front of the official residence of the Italian… Holy Obelisks, Batman! |
