Incredible experience you will never forget Mar 17, 2011
If your into bungee jumping you can find it all here at AJ Hakett's bungee. There is a night bungee that you jump from a mountain overlooking the city and it actually looks like you are jumping into the the city. You can do the Nevis that's 134meters jumping off a gondola in the middle of a huge canyon (absolutely incredible).

You can white water raft on boogie boards (very cold in late year but still woth it). At the end you will do some cliff jumping into the river.

Whatever kind of extreme sport you are looking for, they have it in this town.

One thing I would do if I went back is this rocket looking thing that you climb in face first and steer around a canyon. The rocket is hooked to a cable that keeps you from going outside a certain radius and you just go like crazy doing figure eights or loops or whatever you like. It looked like a tonne of fun. Things are not cheap but not over priced either. When I was there you could do the 3 AJ Hackett bungee jumps for about $250 and if you wanted to do more after, it was about half price.

My advice is to book everything you want to do right at the beginning with the same travel agent. The more you book the better price you will get. If you do not feel you are getting much of a discount and are purchasing multiple experiences, maybe try another agent if possible.
