Queensland Overview

Queensland is located on the north-eastern side of Australia, the second largest state. The capital city is Brisbane, other major cities are Cairns, Townsville, Mackay, Rockhampton and Bundaberg. The only major inland city is Mount Isa.
Of course it is world famous for the Great Barrier Reef, the islands and it is not called the Sunshine State for nothing!
The main income is generated by touris, sugar cane and mining.
