This is a sit down Vietnamese restaurant but it looks like a food court / hawker centre where there are booth or stalls that serves as open kitchen. I saw the same restaurant, probably a chain in Ho Chi Minh City but didn’t get the chance to try it then. They have wide varieties and if ever in doubt when looking at the menu, just look at what the other diners are having and just tell the waiter that you want something like that.

We ordered a number of dishes as appetizers for sharing and ordered individual main course. The appetizers: Vietnamese salad which comprise of shrimps, julienne of raw mangos and vegetables served with prawn crackers, crispy beancurd skin spring rolls with pork, steam rice rolls with pork, Beef Salad, Sirloin beef, Vietnamese omelette rice paper roll, chicken wings and my main course Bun Cha which is charcoal grilled pork serve with vermicelli and some dessert. The Bun Cha I had here is not as nice as the sauce is a little bit on the sweeter side. I recalled the other specialty restaurant that only served Bun Cha at the Old Quarter which is better. Generally the food is quite good.

Hanoi - Local food under one roof Oct 07, 2010
Our hotel concierge recommended this place. Street food under one roof minus the roadside pollution! We ate there twice. We had to queue 15-20 minutes on both nights. The place is chaotic and service isn't the best but the food is worth waiting for and the atmosphere is great. The menu is in Viet/Eng but as we did not know the local names of most of the dishes, we found it easier to walk around the stalls and point out what we wanted. With the crowd local and international, do be prepared to share your table.
