As you drive up to a motel you can generally tell how it’s going to be. Not quite the case here. This was a well maintained two story facility with several buildings in the overall location. We were given a room directly behind the front building near the end at the side street on the ground floor. We found a parking space directly outside the door to our room. The room was clean and well maintained. The room included all of the normal amenities. It was not until late in the evening that the noises coming from the room next door began to bother us. But those noises continued until very early in morning hours. At the front desk in the morning, they acted as if no others had ever had complained or mentioned the possibility of rooms used by “time-share” clients. Our morning breakfast was an expanded continental breakfast.
