its great place high about 1,150m up sea level. give you wonderful view its nice day or night but take care you ll pay lots of money in the restaurant minimum 100$ maybe this number not a lot to another country but in syria big number , the bill = (????)x5 shock! , but any way we did enjoy the great first class food there, me and my friend Luigi and this was 2nd day from the meeting and travel around damascus .

Leaving Hama, heading back to Damascus. On our way we visited Crac des Chevaliers, a crusaders fortress, one of the most important preserved medieval military castles in the world! It used to guard the route from Syria to the Holy Land.
