Putrajaya - Places of Interest
1. Putra Perdana Putra Perdana houses the main administrative offices of the prime Minister and Prime Minister's Department. It features green domes and its main block is decorated with stone carvings and wrought iron with motifs of the national flower, hibiscus. A combination of Islamic and Mogul architecture, this majestic structure overlooks the picturesque Lake Putrajaya. 2. Seri Perdana Official residence of the Prime Minister, also used for official receptions and banquets 3. Putra Mosque One of Putrajaya's famous landmarks, it has a pink dome constructed from rose-tinted granite and comprises of a prayer hall, the sahn (courtyard), learning facilities and function rooms. It boasts a tall 116m, five-tiered minaret. 4. Dataran Putra Putra Square, with views of the grandeur Government Complexes and boulevard leading to the Putrajaya International Convention Center, overlooking Lake Putrajaya 5. Parks Botanical garden Wetland Park Taman Warisan Pertanian (Agricultural Park) Taman Putra Perdana 6. Signature Bridges Eight (8) signature bridges linking various precincts in Putrajaya. 7. Lake Putrajaya Cruise Cruise on Lake Putrajaya and view the city's various landmarks in a cruise boat or gondola-like vessels designed in the style of traditional Malay boats. 8.
