Putrajaya (Known as Malaysia's first Intelligent Garden City) is the new federal administrative capital of Malaysia. Architecturally, Putrajaya will be an indigenous city with a modern look. Together with an area covering 4,931 hectares, Putrajaya is situated 25 kilometres from the capital city of Kuala Lumpur in the north and 20 kilometres from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) at Sepang in the south.
The prime areas in Putrajaya City are divided into precincts and consists of government offices, as well as commercial, residential and recreational areas.
